Bookings & Policies

Bookings & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your appointment.
  • Your deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Late Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Changes within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows lose their deposit and 50% of the service fee will be charged.
  • Please arrive on time — arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Permanent Makeup — Not Suitable If You Have

  • Transmittable blood conditions (Hepatitis / HIV)
  • Autoimmune diseases (lupus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis)
  • Undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy
  • Epilepsy or seizures
  • Heart problems or pacemaker
  • Accutane (must wait 12 months)
  • Botox and fillers (must wait 4–6 weeks)
  • Any other condition or medication that may interfere with healing or pigment retention
